The last '50' Signature, Date, Time Stamped and Sequentially Numbered Messages will appear inside this scrolling window ... in most recent to oldest sequence

Once the message count reaches '50' Secure Share™ will automatically archive the oldest 25 messages and continue logging new messages

The Host will be notified by email when an auto-archive event takes place

The email will contain a link for the Host to "Prepend" those older messages to the Microsoft Word or Google Doc 'Archived Message Log' stored in the Host's Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive

When the Current Message Log reaches '50' again, the auto-archiving process will be repeated

This process can be repeated an unlimited number of times

These older messages can be viewed by all Participants, anytime, by clicking on the 'Archived Messages Log' button below
